Chur, we loved how clean our room was and the meals were delicious. But the breakfast timing was a bit dodgy. No scrambled eggs left after 9:40.

Fancy place, I appreciated to be here.
The room was spotless when upgraded with a super king size bed.

Indoor leisure facilities, well-stocked rooms
The water quality needs major attention due to brown tap water!!! Outdated decor throughout the hotel really dampens the experience, especially in the leisure areas!!! Noise from events disrupts what should be a relaxing stay!!!

The hotel ambience is incredibly beautiful. For weddings / wedding celebrations definitely very well suited.
The Leisure Club was a little disappointing.

A wedding to remember
The wedding setup was fine, with attentive staff and seamless service throughout the event. The venue's ambiance was really good.
Unfortunately, the noise from late-night guests in the hallways disrupted our sleep, making it hard to rest before the big day.

Stayed at a spotless and luxurious room with bags of towels and comfy beds. Very central location was a plus. The food we tried was fabulous and they have lots of meals to choose from.

Breakfast was very good with a varied menu. Power shower was wonderful.
Would possibly have had time for a quick spa treatment in the morning before I left but there didn't seem to be readily available information on whether this would have been available. Most of the literature referred to prior booking which gave me the impression that it would have to be booked days in advance.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the leisure facilities. The nearby cultural hubs like the County Museum and scenic parks with nature trails were great for exploring. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the check-in was hassle-free.

This hotel was good value for the price given that it has a leisure centre
Dont expect outstanding cuisine, the menus are stodgy and the cooked breakfast is not great
